Eduardo Hargreaves, born in 1994 in Juiz de Fora/MG.
Lives and works in Belo Horizonte/MG, Brazil.

Having attained an undergraduate degree in Visual Arts from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG) in 2017, he has been taking part in many group exhibitions ever since 2014.

In 2018, Eduardo took part in the Ocupa_Espai residence, alongside José Lara, guides and curated by Nydia Negromonte and Marcelo Drummond.

 

In August of 2018, he realized his first individual exhibition, Paisagens Rotas (Landscapes Routes), in the Centro Cultural of the Universidade Federal de São João Del Rei (UFSJ) – (São João del Rei, 16/08 - 30/09).

In September of the same year, he participated in the collective exhibition of the Festival Artes Vertentes, Longitudes e latitudes da memória, curated by Luiz Gustavo Carvalho, alongside great Brazilian artists such as Nuno Ramos, Hilal Sami Hilal, Nicia Braga, Ana Alves and Caetano Dias.

Awarded by the Mostras BDMG program, he presents his first solo exhibition on a larger scale, Cartas para um lugar (Letters to a place), at the Galeria de Arte BDMG Cultural (Belo Horizonte, September 14 - October 25).
